And let me introduce you a nice dinner made by a man from New Orleans, a recipe by his mother who passed away a long time ago now. I don't eat meat here except chicken sometimes. He enjoys cooking and started at noon. He just said to me what he will use: chicken, celeri, red pepper, cinnamon… When i came back home, everything was ready and we were looking forward to him to set our feet under the table and tasting that with a glass of white wine from Chile 'San Esteban' we like so much.
