craving matcha

back to my favorite japanese bakery to taste all the food items with matcha.
i tasted many times their kyoto mousse cake: white chocolate, red beans, and matcha mousse.
not too sweet, a good balance between different ingredients.
i bought a matcha brioche with red beans and a matcha croissant: a sort of matcha custard inside the croissant. i ate it for my breakfast and my roomie who is not fond of matcha said: 'c'est si bon'!

lots of pics for a small subject as a cubist painter turning around the object, i am going on eating them with my eyes, my stomach is full for one week now.
